Specific cat(s) and/or kittens are those found and rescued by the foster person(s), or cat(s) and/or kittens placed into the care of the foster person(s) by The Cats’ Cradle.
The Cats’ Cradle agrees to take financial responsibility for specific cats cared for by the above listed person(s) by providing medical treatment and granting the above the right to show the specific cat(s) in order to find permanent homes for the specific cat(s).
The foster person(s) listed above agrees to provide shelter, food and socialization for the cat(s) and/or kitten(s) in his/her care. The foster person(s) also agrees to present the felines in his/her care at the PetsMart Adoption Center on a regular basis, and to be willing to surrender the feline to an adoptive home upon request by The Cats’ Cradle. The foster person also agrees to deliver the felines to The Cats’ Cradle approved appointments with the veterinarian.
As consideration for being permitted by The Cats’ Cradle to participate in activities and provide services, I hereby agree that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of The Cats’ Cradle for injury or damage resulting from any act, omission, negligence or other acts, howsoever caused, by any employee, agent, contractor, or representative of The Cats’ Cradle as a result of my participation in activities and performance of the services and any A-V Recordings.
I hereby release The Cats’ Cradle from all actions, claims, or demand that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury or damage resulting from my participation in activities and performance of the services.
