Store hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday

Kitten 12 months or less: $140 each
Adult Cat (1-5 years old): $140 each
Senior Cat (6+ years old): $55 each
*Adoption counselors are available by appointment only during the week. Cats and kittens can be seen during store hours which are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

You can enter all your info online using the form below.
You can also download the application onto your computer. Save it using your name (for example: JohnSmithApplication.pdf) and either:

Print the form, fill it out, and bring it to The Cats’ Cradle at PetSmart.
